Hell it’s only Thursday but lets go crazy! For starters Zentation has a presentation up from Guy Kawasaki’s speech at the Event Marketer Conference. It’s quite lengthy at almost an hour but worth it as Guy talks about the art of innovation. Trendwatching has its June/July trendbriefing online discussing customer involvement. A tad bit late but still an interesting read at Jeff Howe’s blog on the Mesh Conference and what was discussed including the question of crowdsourcing and the exploitation of users (something we’ll be writing about in the near future). Finally AssignmentZero interviews Frank Piller (a speaker on open innovation and customization) on crowdsourcing.
And as an added bonus to help you through the weekend check out the interview archive over at AssignmentZero including interviews with the likes of Lawrence Lessig and artists from Sellaband.
Happy Reading!
